Donate winter coats, gloves and hats to non-profit organizations. |

Process |
| |
- Solicit pledges.
- Set budget and identify recipient organizations.
- Obtain wish lists (sizes, colors, etc) from the organizations.
- Obtain supplies ( coats, mittens, hats, gloves).
- Volunteers get together and stuff the pockets of each coat with a hat
and gloves, making sure that all the warm winter outfits are in good condition, color coordinated and labeled with the correct size.
- Deliver the coats to the selected non-profit organizations with a list of donors.
- Recognition of donors: Each non-profit organization. sends donation documentation to each donor for their taxes.
- All volunteers that work for companies that match volunteer hours with money, should report their hours to their employer. This way the organizations who got the winter coats may also receive the matching company cash donation.
