Ms. Deborah A. Rettke is the Founder of Hearts 4 Mother Earth. She works at Intel Corporation as a Communications Specialist and has degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Program Management. Debbie has been involved in many service organizations over the years. She enjoys combining her interest in technology with her various passions (such as horses, skiing, puppets, people). |

Dr. Darlene Collins is author of the self help book “The Real Illusion of Fear”. She is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) and business owner of Allied Performance Consulting which specializes in helping women and minority businesses get started and set up their business plan. Darlene developed the youth program, Spark Plugs for Passion, to get young people involved in their own success at an early age. Darlene is an educator at heart and dedicated to self-empowerment through education for all. |

Dr. Linda Branstetter has a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering. She is currently a Systems Analyst specializing in National Security issues and a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff (DMTS) at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Linda plans to use her scientific background and passion for animals to expand our programs into the realm of science. |

Dr. Joanne Rettke has a M..A. in Communications and a
PhD in Education Administration from Michigan State University. She was Director of Continuing Education at Mohawk Valley Community College and presently is owner/ operator of Duneswood, and of Designs by Joanne. She is also webmaster and a Board Member for the Glen Lake Chamber of Commerce. |
